Our CSA provides weekly deliveries of fresh organic produce to western WI and the Twin Cities area. Farming practices include crop rotation, composting, green manuring, and other organic practices. Heirloom seeds are used to preserve old varieties and the art of seed-saving. Internship opportunities include greenhouse work, soil preparation, planting, weeding, insect control, harvesting, packaging. Unique aspects of this experience include the opportunity to learn sawmilling techniques, beekeeping and orcharding.
