| Meat goats are a growing opportunity for Minnesota farmers. Minnesota is home to Somali, Hmong, and Hispanic communities with food cultures that include goat meat, and efforts are underway to link those consumers with goat producers in the state.
Contact Wayne Martin, MISA's Alternative Livestock Systems Coordinator, for more information about producer networks, field days, training sessions, etc.
