Natural Harvest is an entity in conjunction with Fields of St. Croix, a conservation development that leaves 60% of the land green or open space. Interns will be involved in a range of activities, including seedbed preparation, planting, irrigation installation, pest management, harvest and marketing. No internships offered in 2001.
