Main products of the farm are boasted to be pastured poultry, 'salad-bar beef', pastured eggs, pastured rabbit, pastured pork, firewood and vegetables. Joel has written two books: Pastured Poultry Profits and Salad Bar Beef, as well as numerous articles on his unique farming practices, and is actively involved with educational outreach projects regarding his farm.
