Ideas for new MISA projects (programs, publications, etc…) are evaluated by the Program Planning Committee before being considered by the MISA Board of Directors. Project ideas, which can be considered at any time, should be described on the online forms below.
The purpose of these forms is to gather ideas that may be shared with our partner organizations, or that may become part of an application for grant funding, or that may be taken up by the MISA board of directors as a project. There are no dedicated funds for proposals submitted with this form.
Please feel free to submit a Part 1 form even if you don't have complete answers to all of the questions on it right now. The MISA staff can help you develop your proposal. If you have questions about project proposals or need assistance with the questions, contact the MISA office.
The Part 2 form asks for more detailed information about the project. You may submit a Part 2 form along with the Part 1 form if you want to, or you can wait for MISA staff to assist you with Part 2.
Project Idea Proposal -- Part 1If you prefer, you can request a print version of the forms to fill out and mail back to the MISA office.
