What's Up in Sustainable Agriculture? (WUSA)
Student Group

A discussion group bringing the University of Minnesota community together with professionals from the field to explore current topics in sustainable agriculture.

WUSA meets weekly on Mondays from 12-1pm in 306 Borlaug Hall.

Schedule of WUSA Seminars

Each year, in partnership with the What's Up in Sustainable Agriculture Student Group, MISA sponsors a seminar series on campus called What's Up in Sustainable Agriculture (WUSA). Most seminars are informal, lunch-time gatherings open to anyone within and outside of the University. WUSA is a group of students, staff, faculty and community members that meet weekly for a brown bag lunch to talk about current topics in sustainable agriculture with other professionals in the field. If you are interested, feel free to bring your lunch and stop by any of our meetings.

If you're interested in receiving emails about upcoming WUSA seminars you can either subscribe to the sustainable agriculture listserv or email wusa@umn.edu and request to be notified of upcoming WUSA seminars.

If you're a student interested in getting involved in organizing the WUSA seminar series or if you have an idea for a seminar topic, e-mail: wusa@umn.edu.

Video recordings are available of many of the WUSA seminars. Contact the MISA office, 612-625-8235 or misamail@umn.edu, to request a copy of a seminar video.
