Sam is the principal person on the farm, Rachel is in charge of the accounting & recipes, in addition to a full-time position at an insurance company in St. Paul. Although we are approaching retirement age we hope to keep active for as long as health allows.

We’ve practiced natural farming for the last 10 years & became certified organic in 2006. Our goal is to offer healthy produce throughout the growing season, as well as finding marketing niches for new products & services, while maintaining a viable economic enterprise.
